Report data and privacy

Sending a report saves your description, location, optional name and contact number in the project database. Only signed-in operators and administrators can read the full report. The public map does not show your name, phone number, original description or tracking code.

Your receipt has a private link. Anyone who has that link can read the report status and the details shown on the receipt. Keep the link private.

The project database retains reports until a project administrator removes the reporter details after review. It does not automatically erase them after a fixed time. For a request about your report, give the administrator your tracking ID; do not publish personal details in a public message. If a report became an incident, operational notes copied into the incident history may remain and must be reviewed separately.
